Frequently Asked Questions

The minimum rental time is one hour. After the first hour, bookings can be extended in 15-minute increments, depending on availability.

Yes. Certificates of Insurance are required for all organizations, businesses, corporations, and private schools. For individual or non-organizational rentals, liability waivers are required instead.

Cancellation policies are outlined in your rental contract. Deposits are non-refundable, and specific terms will be shared during the booking process so you can plan with confidence.

Additional time may be added in 15-minute increments, subject to space availability. We recommend requesting extra time as early as possible to ensure availability.

Yes. Asphalt Green instructors and coaches may be available upon request for select activities, including sports, aquatics, and group programming. Availability and pricing vary by space and activity.
