Our instructors will work with the children to learn independence in the water, to submerge, to enter and exit the pool without assistance, breath control, assisted front and back floats. They will also use equipment like a kickboard to help build a foundation of kicking skills for Freestyle, Backstroke and Dolphin Kick, and swimming skills for Freestyle and Backstroke.
