Prerequisites: Students should have passed our Core Level 2 class or should be able to perform kicking for Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly, and basic kick motions for Breaststroke with a kickboard and in streamline, and perform circle swimming for Freestyle and Backstroke.

Students in Core Level 3 will continue to refine and advance skills for all four strokes and kicks as well as develop competitive skills such as circle swimming, underwater streamline dolphin kicks, flip turns, and forward dives. These swimmers will elevate their kicking and swimming skills by advancing drill progressions as well as conditioning through quality repetitions with a mix of skill and speed.

Your child will develop into a more confident, independent swimmer in Advanced Water Tots. In this parent-child class, the instructor will provide you with verbal cues and support holds to encourage your toddler to try new swim techniques. Your little swimmer will learn how to submerge unassisted, blow bubbles while submerged, perform arm motions for freestyle and backstroke, and perform simultaneous arm and leg motions on their front and back. Your toddler will also learn how to respond to safety commands, understand safe pool entry and feel comfortable and happy in the water. Parent/guardian must accompany child in water during class.

Put your toddler on the path to swim success in Water Tots! Through songs and games, your child will learn how to blow bubbles, hold their breath, submerge, and respond to simple commands like 'kick,' 'scoop' and 'splash.' Following the instructor's directions, you will work with your child on freestyle arm motions, streamline position, and back floats. By the end of class, your tot will be able to reach and grab for the pool wall and jump into the water with assistance. We encourage you to complete two sessions of the program with your child to reinforce the skills covered and for your child to get more exposure to water. Parent/guardian must accompany child in water during class.

Introduce your infant to the joy of water and swimming in Water Babies! With the direction of the instructor, you will work with your baby to help them feel comfortable in the water and relaxed on their back and front in the water. Through fun songs and games, your child will be introduced to submersion, transitioning from back to front and front to back in the water, and leg and arm movements. Water Babies has a max of 4 participants. We encourage you to complete two sessions of the program with your child to reinforce the skills covered and for your child to get more exposure to water. Parent/guardian must accompany child in water during class.
